Qi Gong

 

Qi Gong helps the energy within your body to flow more freely again, releasing blockages and restoring a natural sense of openness and ease. Through soft, flowing movements, mindful breathing, and relaxed awareness, Qi Gong supports you in strengthening your body and your natural balance from within.

 

The classes take place at a beautiful location surrounded by nature, easy to reach, yet peaceful, quiet, and private. It is a space where you can step out of the daily rush and return to your own rhythm.

 

Each class lasts approximately 1.5 hours and is guided with attention and care. You only need to bring your own mat; everything else is provided. Tea is served afterwards, giving space to ground, connect, or simply enjoy a moment of stillness.

 

Group sessions start with a minimum of 5 participants, creating a warm, relaxed and supportive atmosphere where everyone can move at their own pace. No experience is required. The practice is gentle and suitable for all levels.
